- Covid-19 vaccination required for our guides;
- Our drivers have safety and health training;
- Hand sanitizer will be provided to passengers by the driver every time before entering the vehicle;
- The driver will wear a face mask at all times and will keep a safe distance from customers avoiding close contact, handshakes, etc.;
- We will only handle luggage with the customer’s authorization;
- The driver will use sanitizing products to continually clean the main contact areas inside and outside the vehicle (handles, seat belts, etc.);
- For safety reasons, our vehicles will not provide magazines and water bottles. We apologize for this inconvenience;
- Upon completing each tour, our cleaning team will carry out a thorough cleaning with anti-bacterial products.

- Our tours are spoken in portuguese, english, spanish and french.
- Any client changes made after booking and travel program confirmation will not be refundable. The resulting costs will be considered extras and paid by the clients.
Before you enter into a contract with us, we reserve the right to change any facilities or services described in our brochure or website. We also reserve the right to cancel the booking due to weather or other conditions.
Any changes are usually very minor, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. However, suppose a significant difference, such as a change in departure time, becomes necessary. In that case, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible your tour begins.
When a significant change or cancellation occurs, you will choose to accept the change of arrangements, purchase another available tour from us, or cancel it. If a booking is canceled, we will refund all payments made directly to us regarding the tour price.
We will not refund any personal expenses you may have incurred due to your booking. Such as Hotels, flight payments for land-only tours, travel insurance, equipment purchases, visas, vaccinations, etc.
Cancellations are subject to the following penalties for the total trip price:
- Up to 30 Days before the arrival, no penalties are applied. Entrance tickets, third-party activities, third-party bookings, and transaction fees are exceptions. These will be evaluated one by one depending on each provider’s policy.
- 30 Days to 15 Days before arrival: 20% Penalty.
- Less than 15 Days before arrival: 100% Penalty. Howhever, Real Embrace Portugal reserves the right to evaluate the possibility of making a partial refund.
Cancellation requests must be made by email.
