Tour - 1 day

Private – Our tours are always private (just you and guide/driver);
Custom-made – The tour highlights are just suggestions of places to visit. We will design the tour itinerary according to your preferences;
Tour Lenght – Each day tour is designed to last approximately 8 hours (hotel-tour-hotel);
Minimum group of two people and maximum eight people;
The prices indicated are per person and vary depending on the number of people;

Changes made by clients

Any client changes made after booking and travel program confirmation will not be refundable. The resulting costs will be considered extras and paid by the clients.

Changes and Cancellations by Real Embrace Portugal

Before you enter into a contract with us, we reserve the right to change any facilities or services described in our brochure or website. We also reserve the right to cancel the booking due to weather or other conditions.

Any changes are usually very minor, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. However, suppose a significant difference, such as a change in departure time, becomes necessary. In that case, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible your tour begins.

When a significant change or cancellation occurs, you will choose to accept the change of arrangements, purchase another available tour from us, or cancel it. If a booking is canceled, we will refund all payments made directly to us regarding the tour price.

We will not refund any personal expenses you may have incurred due to your booking. Such as Hotels, flight payments for land-only tours, travel insurance, equipment purchases, visas, vaccinations, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following penalties for the total trip price:

Up to 30 Days before the arrival, no penalties are applied. Entrance tickets, third-party activities, third-party bookings, and transaction fees are exceptions. These will be evaluated one by one depending on each provider’s policy.
30 Days to 15 Days before arrival: 20% Penalty.
Less than 15 Days before arrival: 100% Penalty. Howhever, Real Embrace Portugal reserves the right to evaluate the possibility of making a partial refund.
